Nomad LostRodeo hits higher highs but this album is more mature and way more varied without major lows. And Astroworld had the big dip in quality in the middle of the album that UTOPIA doesn't have either IMO. Definitely #2 and close to Rodeo.

lil ufois it just me or it sounds very disorganized and random? sounds like the album is a random mix of demos from other artists, feature-tier songs, mike dean synths and a bunch of beatswitches
