Nomad LostRodeo hits higher highs but this album is more mature and way more varied without major lows. And Astroworld had the big dip in quality in the middle of the album that UTOPIA doesn't have either IMO. Definitely #2 and close to Rodeo.
I mostly agree but fein is a high that rodeo never reached imo

It’s definitely not as concise or consistent as Rodeo but it’s definitely more experimental and unique
