    I can respect that being a disqualification for being the best lyricist or MC but when it comes to being the best “hip-hop artist” I don’t see it as a factor. It’s the end result that counts. Same goes for Drake.

    I just look at them differently at that point..

    Landmark southern rap albums with the Hot Boyz (Get it How U Live and Guerrilla Warfare)

    Landmark Southern rap debut with Tha Block is Hot

    3 certified classic albums with Carter 1-3 plus solid non-classics like LFLS, INAHB1, C4, C5 etc

    And last but definitely not least he easily has the best mixtape discog of all time with at least 5 certified classic mixtapes (D1, D2, Lil Weezy Ana, Drought 3, No Ceilings)

    Then you got arguably the biggest library of quality leaks in the game, enough to make a whole mixtape serious out of with Da Drought is over, Drought is Over 2 is a certified classic imo

    And then let’s not forget he has arguably the best catalog of feature verses in rap history

    Wayne deserves a top 10 slot as much as anyone
