Laying down proper hooks, installing great structure in ur songs, being able to keep ur listener engaged and entertained for like 3 minutes w ur words, etc.
Theres some artists out there that are mediocre lyricists but remarkable songwriters imo
His last album was moreso letters to his father. Complaining about hooks on his projects is like going to a graffiti wall complaining about the lighting pretending it's MOMA
