Dope as hell. Soul Food, Rozelle Court, Futuristic Lovers & Riot Grrl/Drama Queen my favs. I genuinely feel this album could and should be big. The raps, the singing, the melodies, the production, the art. All different sorts of styles integrated in this project, yet it flows with ease. Congrats to all of you fr, talent and hard work on display!
Thank you so much bro!! I greatly appreciate it fr
went in blind without listening to the singles
my top 3 are pep rally, riot girl // drama queen, and pulse. definitely a nice project

the effort shows for real bro, gabe so versatile all over this and The Human production is on point the whole time. blends all my favorite sounds really
Thank you so much bro!! S*** means a lot fr
In my eyes this is an instant classic. She's doing everything with no hesitation, embracing her versatility and personality on every track, speaking her MIND, the production is dazzling and colorful and I can't get enough of Soul Food, Rozelle Court, 1999, Swan Song, this is the type of s*** you want in the tape deck.
You should check the Rozzelle Court video its my favorite yet!

Song is hard as bricks, video is campy as f***
I love the contrast

You should peep the new one!! Its my favorite so far
Ahhhhhhhhh. Haven’t been on here in a while but I gotta talk about this one. Honeypop is how you do a debut album. We’re going from f***in jazz to AG cook influenced production and it all coalesces into a fleshed out, lived in, and distinctly identifiable piece of art. Gabe is flowing her ass off, the Human provide the perfect production styles for everything Gabe gets off her chest. Only See Me is the epitome of fly s***: the flow, the production, the weird sound effects all contribute to Gabe letting us know SHES THE ONE. An ode to self confidence and swag.
Then she follows it up with Soul Food. Ty Faizon’s feature only adds to the overarching theme of self-love and reflection
The project reminds me so much of Velvet Rope, from the individual yet relatable experiences and vulnerabilities of young black women, to personal connections. Then there’s the multitude of distinctly black genres being used
In short, there’s great music that covers multiple genres: jazz, r&b, hiphop from trap influence to oldie samples, and paintings of individuality lyrically that put you into the mind and world and experience of Gabe. She’s singing beautifully, rapping masterfully over the freshest assortment of production all year
My favorite songs: Soul Food, Rozzelle Court, Futuristic Lovers
Great album. Gabe killed it from the vocals to the presentation, felt very warm and personal. Favorites are Trust, Rozzelle court, and Soul Food. Flow on your verse was crazy.
