Such an insanely cool and still very fresh album sonically, but the vocal performances/melodies/lyrics all sound so forced. Angels is an amazing track and on the level of their debut album (one of my favorite albums of all time). But none of the other songs really click for me.

This was a major breakup album for me when it came out so I have a hard time revisiting it but I thought it was genuinely a masterpiece back then
No clue people had this kind of opinion on it
