Hunchback b**** gave me a quarter chubbie
This show making the world less ableist
half way into ep 1 and it's boring af, does it get better or if i don't like it by now am i wasting my time?
I thought episode 1 was the worst by far, from ep 2 on I was hooked
A lot of great shows take a while to build
S*** felt hokey and cheap from the jump. So many tight shots and melodrama, just felt camp and b tier to me. Henry Cavill absolutely kills as Geralt though
Why they got triss out here looking like diet missandei?
Where is my red head queen
Dawg imagine if they introduced the Wild Hunt into later seasons
Geralt and Ciri both being stalked by skeletons on horseback for an entire season
Why they got triss out here looking like diet missandei?
Where is my red head queen
She's not read head in the books, unfortunately.
Liked:
Cavill.. He killed it
Jaskier.. Such a great comic relief character
The out of sequence timelines
Hated:
Alot of the writing
Underdeveloped relationships
Some parts were bordering on some Xena warrior princess s*** lol
Lack of clarity in laying the rules of the world/magic
Casting of the black chick as the evil mage.. She looked like someone's mom
Some of the costume design, action/cgi was sloppy/low budget
All those f***ing dutch angles... Wtf were they thinking
Despite my issues i still overall enjoyed it. Hopefully they improve in s2.
So much potential if it was picked up by HBO instead. Would’ve been the perfect Thrones replacement.
I M A G I N E
Crazy. Do the games follow the book storyline closely?
I'm only on episode 3 but it looks like the show is heading down the same path
