It’s absolutely not “just” a 60 fps patch dumbass. This implements many community made mods from the pc version into the official release. Most textures all redone BY HAND and in full 4k resolution. Tons of QOL changes. A couple new quests. New items. Ray tracing added.
It’s a full next gen upgrade.
And this is all for free
