Geez Louise, this is about to be an emotional one for us OG XO fans
I rarely post my emotions online but I remember the dark times of 2011 and first hearing him... I was still devastated by the passing of MJ and here I find this mysterious dude in my search for dark music. Truly helped me cope with all of those things that I went through and letting the music be an escape and a healer. Thank you so much Abel for channeling your emotions in your music and pushing the envelope of mainstream music. it's a gift for us creatives out there that need more substance than the superficial and surface level music...
