Gentlemen, we are seated.

Spoiler, but actually I'm just describing my cinema experience with the people around me and one scene very superficially.

The best cinema in my city only had this one screening tonight and there was only little promotion here. I thought that I would be surrounded by true fans of his music and of Abel himself only.

But in one important scene, which is a bit quiet and emotional, someone decided to say „it’s sh\*t“ and laughed with a few of his friends.

I was so sad, angry and disappointed at the same time. Why do you watch this movie if you don’t care? It doesn’t make sense to me. Blockbuster movies ok, they always have a few idiots in there, but this one? Come on, man.

Fortunately, of course, everyone else was just enjoying the movie, but in scenes like that it just sucks that someone decides to f it up for everyone else

There's always gonna be that one person that can't be in their own skin during emotional moments so they act goofy and ruin the mood for everyone else

But all in all my cinema experience aside I think every fan should watch the movie. And I think people who dive deeper, like in this thread will mostly love the movie.

I loved it and I will watch it again as soon as possible.

Movie was insane though…some genuinely scary and heart wrenching moments. Very beautiful movie too, shot incredibly

Abel and Jenna acted tf outta this too

Interludes were shot exactly how I envisioned them, chaotic and dizzying as hell

Didn’t love the first half if I’m being honest…but once it kicks into the weird s\*\*\* in the second half it gets amazing

i mean i expected this to be bad lol, the idea behind the movie was cool to me, but i was afraid it was going to be a self-indulgent jerk-off sesh and some of these reviews are spooky to me regarding that.

i'm a fan because of the music and if sofi was such a huge thing for him, maybe he should have put that effort to a concept album lol. album we got feels very detached from the trilogy to be honest

Solid movie at least worth one watch (i’d say theater but if that ain’t your thing then at home)

Not the best thing to ever grace the silver screen but I will be getting the physical copy and pray they have a cool steelbook for it lol

It should do relatively well compared to his last endeavor as this is practically a layup compared to that show. Overall solid enjoyable movie imo and I want to see Abel act more in the future.
