WMU / CFM video would be generational

I think the themes of The Abyss and Stalker (there is also Coraline if you watch it together with Jimmy Kimmel performance) which he references in the video they sum it up pretty easily. I think the video serves several purposes.. that off the literal thing of running away from terror and then the overall narrative in the album which deals with Abel trying to figure out why he lost his voice. They both have one thing in common and that's being silenced by a somehow "external" force and then getting away to find the literal root cause as we see in the video and then regaining your voice.

A lot visuals we’ve seen so far is the child coming out of The Weeknd, but in the Red Terror mv, the child doesn’t come out of TW shedding and It’s like the child is in awe of The Weeknd.

The visuals at the end of the Kimmel performance, TW falls and gets trapped and the child can’t help but being curious and ends up getting his mouth sealed (voice ref from So-FI) and runs away and ends up in a place similar to The Zone.

That’s the Tarkovsky reference from Stalker, and The Zone is a supernatural place where your wishes can come true.

Here this child seems to wish for his voice and then sheds his previous self.

It’s a bit too ominous and slightly different from the visuals we’ve seen already that’s why I think maybe it’s from the perspective of if he had another chance he’d do it all over again.
