The strings in the background of the second verse on Open Hearts is such a minor detail that goes a long way. Adds so much emotion and depth.

The whole team did their thing with the production on this album. Not a single element is wasted.

Cry for me reminds me of how I felt about too late. Lots of people liked it but didn’t think it was all that, and the production is amazing

this album is the best of the best of what Abel has delivered throughout his career. Maybe a couple tracks reminiscent to dawn but nothing really a like, more grand. and less dreamy and more powerful imo

Dawn fm is my fav weeknd album and this tops it and surpasses it. The transitions, the production. Its a cinematic experience

I’m a SP truther I liked the other ones you mentioned but Red Terror and those last like 4 ish 5 ish was where I felt the length of the album the most
