dawn fm is literally more synth heavy than AH

Obviously you don’t get what I’m trying to say lol I wanted uncut gems / good time / until I bleed out / save your tears remix when I said heavy synth work, of which dawn fm barely had

That signature OPN sound. Dawn FM barely sounded like OPN even though he did most of it

Until I bleed out had 5 producers and it sounded more like an OPN song than most of the OPN songs on dawn fm which is kinda crazy

It’s kinda crazy that there’s a song produced by SHM, OPN, and Martin/Holter that’s so many ingredients in one pot and it sounds super cohesive

Regardless if these "leaked" or speculated features are true or not, I think the tracklist announcement is gonna go f***ing insane unlike any of his albums before, especially on social media and of course with his fanbase

EAIT is definitely a spawn of Connie off Good Time

Dawn FM is similar to Pure Elation off Uncut Gems, same with Mohegan Suite and No Vacation in some aspects too

where the aspects are, are kind of hidden and tucked away as it’s still an Abel album with a theme and certain “sound” he wanted for a “radio” concept. Which they both ended up sharing and doing which is funny as f*** considering.

It’s only in a couple flashes on both albums but when i saw how much of OPN was on dawn fm i wanted more of those OPN type synth runs

Ah yes we are sort of saying the same thing. I wish some of those aspects were more overtly OPN

But dawn fm isn’t a bad album by any means it’s just not really what I wanted from the project when it was announced. I still return to some songs though
