Lotta vinyls nowadays are older versions made early just for high sales and streaming versions are newer.
Happened with the Tyler album.
Hopefully it won't be as bad as Future or Nicki Minaj when half the album tracks were missing.

My new theory is that’s exactly what will happen. Everything points to the vinyl being 1LP, and with how many songs have been teased and how many singles have been dropped, there’s just no way that’s possible.

A 1LP is usually 10-12 tracks, maybe stretched to 13 or 14 if the runtimes are short. We’ve already had a total of 12 songs revealed, so there’s absolutely no way that’s the majority or all of the album.

When Mixtape Pluto dropped, it was 17 songs on streaming, but the vinyl version was only 11 songs, most likely because they continued to work on the project after the physicals were pressed.

With all of these Hurry Up Tomorrow pressings being called “first pressings”, I think we’re gonna see a very similar situation here

Ahhh, to be fair it’s not technically false advertising. They are being marketed as first pressings, same with Cowboy Carter when there were two songs missing from the first pressings vinyl.

What Future did was straight up false advertising though because he never said anything about a first pressing or first edition, the vinyl for that project was just that, and it was missing half the songs
