It is, doesn’t belong on a weeknd album. That it does speaks for the quality of the album

If the Weeknd persona is basically a demon in this narrative, After Hours has a ton of possession visuals with the After Hours short film and basically all the music vids showing him hunting women. Like the actual alive weeknd is completely taken over by the Weeknd persona. With Dawn FM being where Abel was sent directly after.

I think a much more direct Abel vs Weeknd makes a lot of sense and connects After Hours to this third album in a great way.

It would be crazy if the Weeknd won in the end and he never actually gets rid of the artist name, and it was all apart of the roll out lmao (I doubt this since he's been talking about it for a long time but who knows lol)
