After Hours had a 4 month rollout. First single was November 27th, 2019, album title/cover/release date were revealed in February 2020, and then the album dropped on March 20th, 2020.

Dawn FM technically had a 5 month rollout since the first single dropped on August 6th, 2021 and the album dropped on January 7th, 2022, but there was literally radio silence until the first week of January when the title/artwork/tracklist/release date were all revealed at once. It was essentially a surprise release

the OG Dawn version was supposed to drop relatively quickly after TMB, they were planning on doing a MM show each week so I would assume that it was gonna be a maximum of two months prior to reworking the album completely.
