I still think it’s probably his best and most complete album - and I don’t think the movie is as bad as people say

Don’t let the braindead era as a whole change your mind on the album

There’s a few personal gripes that prevent it from being his best project for me but for some to act like it doesn’t belong there is crazy

I’m hoping Abel can land an Uncut Gems style role again. That would get the ball rolling on reversing the public perception of his acting, if film is still one of his aspirations

The second half drags a bit compared to the first half. The features aren’t fully necessary. And although I’ve accepted (and love) the sequencing for what it is, the linear story of what we were understanding HUT to be didn’t exactly match that

Hurry Up Tomorrow album/movie is to me more of a manifesto of why he’s killing The Weeknd
