Ah ok.
Was just thinking
Could this upcoming potentially be his biggest venture commercially thus far??
Let's assume that this'll be an album and not EP, this will be his first project post-Superbowl, usually there's a direct correlation between sales for an artist once they do a Superbowl performance and their following album
Beyond that, the Blinding Lights success I think has pushed him further into the mainstream's lens of focus (as if he needed it). I have friends and even family who now recognise him as a household name and are keen to discuss his music with me. . . Feel like an even larger demographic of people will be there to check this out on release than there were in March 2020. .. March 2020 was a tough release for After Hours anyhow, being the start of the quarantine for most of us. This upcoming project has the added benefit of (most likely) being released just as we all are beginning to get our regular lives back
Will be very interesting to see if this can exceed the After Hours' first-week sales

yeah, first week numbers will probably be lower because thats the sales game now,but longevity will (hopefully) be crazy again.
And AH has been in the top 10 for like 26 weeks too, which is amazing

Longevity is Abel’s game. XO got this figured out to a science.
who's that?
Abel's writer/close friend. He helped write the monologue Lamar narrated for the Super Bowl ad.
