So lets say you me and bgfx made a song.
I dont know their exact deal but anyways this is just a fictional scenario.
you and bgfx produce,i sing,but its published under my name,your names are in the credits.
So you get paid your cut for the involvement,i get paid my cut.
I am assuming that this company acquired Docs part.
This is just what ive been told in general,we can really only speculate for their situation.
