Yeah I was trying to but their customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen

I was talking to a robot at first and then they "transferred" me to a human just for them to say (4 hours later) the seats weren't available lmao

And I have no idea if I can create a new chat because whenever I go to their contact thing it just pulls up the old chats

AND on top of that my 24h window to upgrade is gonna run out in an hour

Yeah it was kinda buns lol I mean if you still wanna upgrade i’d peep the seats left first see what you’d wanna get. Then go back in asking if you can upgrade to those seats. I’d say go in notes or something write down the day of the concert, time, and seats (section, row, actual seats).

Go back to the chat and ask if you can upgrade to them. If that is still what you wanna do it’s huge with automated stuff to be as simple and precise as possible with what you wanna ask.
