sheeshhh i was the biggest stan of my lifetime during this era. the nostalgia crazy
damn maybe i just wasn't in thursday vibes when i listened the other night. HOB and EOS blowing it out the water on this go-around
he really snapped on the songwriting of EOS like wtf
3 records in one year man. i wonder if he ever misses that freedom, music-wise
it does seem like he really loves to labor over one project and everything that comes with that though. visuals, promotion, tour, etc.

I feel like he still has freedom music wise when it comes to his albums. I just don't think he wants to make that style of music anymore because he's a completely different person now

it's not any particular style of music. i just mean when he follows the structure of a traditional popular artist career, especially someone of his magnitude, it's not really possible to drop three records back to back like that anymore. so much more goes into it. like if he wanted to drop "after life" or whatever the next project is off the heels of dawn fm, it's not really feasible for him or the label. money will presumably be "lost" because the record wasn't pushed to its full potential, while the fans will see it as a wasted opportunity. an example was lana's 2021.
so yeah not necessarily what type of music he makes. just the frequency in which he can or is willing to drop.

ah yeah, that makes sense then
i agree
The longevity of this song is pretty nuts.
Videos of him performing it live are gonna go viral I bet and its gonna jump to top 10

Need him to post it on all social media including TikTok >>
yeah it's really close between HOB and EOS but i gotta go HOB after a decade. damn
Till Dawn is still and has always been the best bonus track from the remaster tho

wasn’t he homeless when he was making that? Not to say that he lost his drive or anything but he got rich and he didn’t need to overwork himself anymore.
It was obviously the best and healthy choice for him.
We all need balance
