big part of the concept of Gasoline's music video is the theme of dimensions/realms

in the first part of the music video there was transition to the night club right after old Weeknd got out of the car while being in the puddle

in the second part old Weeknd ascended to other dimension/realm , you can see hand trying to grab old Weeknd from lower dimension/realm

in the third part you can see young Weeknd looking both up and down to both dimensions/realms while having an emotional breakdown, full of regrets as if he could view how his life could have been different if he had better life choices, relationship wise etc. instead of living for meaningless parties and shallow lifestyle

in the final example you could see how the residents of both dimensions/realms looking at each other, you could also see the lower dimension/realm having 3D (3 dimension) glasses on which allow them to see what's going on on higher dimension/realm

Yo I really think this is actually new music, he’s dropped everything(aside from take my breath but that’s different) from Dawn FM at Dawn… why would he randomly drop something at midnight when he could keep the “at dawn” trend going?
