If I fell victim to recency bias, I would say that every new project he releases is his best project.
In the 11 years since Trilogy has been out, I’ve only said that about ONE album: Dawn. Which literally means I’m not falling victim to recency bias. It just so happens that Dawn is the most recent one.

After HoursDawn is the first album he’s released in 11 years that people are actively comparing to Trilogy. There’s a reason for that, and it’s not recency bias. Dawn is just a very strong album.
