Their loss for not recognizing great music
It is like it being popular bothers them. They cant like something many people likes.
But isnt the greatest music of all time very popular?
It would be weird if the greatest stuff was underground or unknown. How could it end up being timeless or seen as great if not many know about it?

Music being known by the most people doesnt mean it’s necessarily better, sure most pop music isn’t outright bad but the reason it gets it’s status is usually partly to do with the money put into promoting it and also has a ton to do with the marketability/image/ attractiveness of an artist. It’s not a meritocracy dumb ass

On first listen I was confused as to why folks ITT didn’t like it. I still think listening on the stream made me not appreciate the songs until I heard them on my headphones tbh
