MarbleWouldn’t be immediately well received like this is. He knew majority would like this album instantly on release. Kiss Land took at least 5 years to be appreciated.

HimotheeHear you that 2nd listen definitely crucial for an album like this
I enjoyed my first 2 listens, album could’ve used a couple more tracks to really round it out though, some songs could’ve been longer too
Fr this album pretty dense, you need a few listens to really get everything from the production, lyrics, themes, etc.
Why it doesnt make sense for all the early hate after one listen

Man could just drop an full pop an easy album and do numbers but instead he drops an divisive body of work. Thats pretty cool an rare these days.
