And they both hate money apparently, a collab album between them is long overdue, and both of them sell well on their own. An OVOXO LP with some party songs, and an occadional slow sweet TLC song for the ladies would sell crazy.

For what allegedly is the reason that Abel doesn't f*** with Drake anymore, is quite ironic, after all, Abel himself sang the line

I think the OVOXO days are long gone and there's nothing wrong with that. It was fun while it lasted. No need to force that energy again.

Yeah I'm not holding my breath to it happening anytime soon, but when u think about it it's baffling.

In fact, I think the collab will come so natural to them, their styles are so compatible.
They need to achieve one simple goal: make the most fun to listen, concert friendly album they can. Make it so sunny it gives you skin cancer, when they put in work, their songs have extreme replay value.

They're just dumbasses, stubborn and immature.

Plus Drake has expressed him being ok with this collab happening couple of months ago.

*Unless Abel is waiting to end his contract with republic, and go independent to make this move, so instead of the classic 15% cut, he would get about 70% (!!!)
Imo this would be the only reasonable motive why this collab isn't happening, and Abel is being silent whenever fans & Drake touch this subject
