nah i'm reading this variety interview where he explains the creation of the tracks and he essentially said it's about the darkest time of his life in 2013-2014 when he was wilding out and he was channeling that period to make the song. the sirens at the end are when he got arrested in vegas and was in the back of the cop car, etc.
