House of Balloons, Echoes of Silence, and After Hours are not boring. You can make a case for Thursday (only in certain points), Starboy, BBTM, and MDM (love the EP, but it's a bit of a downer). The weeknd at his worst can be boring for sure, but at his best, he's as creative and interesting as Frank or whoever.
