I feel that but by prioritizing big businesses over small businesses you save MANY more jobs
So at surface level yes the local restaurant may "need" the money more than a business pulling in millions a year but it's not that simple. A small business struggles and goes out of business maybe 10 ppl lose their job. A big business struggles, loses a lot of money and even though they may not be in danger of going out of business when that big business struggles we're talking hundreds of people losing jobs
