!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4a94NiigcQI get it.. I'm a Cudi stan and I love the album but something about a few of the songs feels very samey, especially with the rager type songs.
Second half is immaculate but throughout the album there isn't s*** like the memorable lines in MOTM1+2, the beats, flows and melodies are on point and that's what I'm mainly focusing on for MOTM3.
I wish there weren't as many effects applied to Cudi's voice, it blends him into the beats too much and doesn't let it have room to mentally breathe, at least in my head.
For example I could hum the Damaged flow but I can't recall the lines at all.
They're bugging for hating on Solo Dolo 3 though, and I don't really understand them complaining about how he sounds less confident.
Myke is right though, his rapping style is updated. Why the f*** would an artist want to keep the same s*** he did 10 years ago? Unfortunately 1+2 were made so close together that 3 will always be just that much more different from them due to evolution

Of course, I guess I'm still digesting motm3 so I am content for now. Plus its Cudi so I don't really believe anything until its out lol.
Not anything to do with the motm3 deluxe(which is only a few songs I assume), but I really don't like the new trend of the deluxe album which is basicly a whole new album marketed as a deluxe.
