nah I changed my mind, the best songs on this (about 10 or so) alone make this better than MOTM I and II

MOTM II and I have classics that tug at the heart strings, but the best songs on III stand on their own without the need for the emotional stuff as a crutch. Yes I would've cut the unnecessary songs on here but the best songs on here crack the top 10 Cudi tracks OAT without hesitation. he stopped trying to prove himself by being overtly subversive, and kept it short and visceral, which was always his strong suit looking as far back as AKNC

This will stand on its legs much more firmly in 10 years than II or I.

just listened to the album for the first time..
and man he's really one of those who just vibe to an instrumental and write down and record the first vocal melody melody that comes to mind, thus creating vIbE mUsIC that is incoherent and showcasing bad songwriting.
utterly forgettable. and I used to like his early stuff and PPDS

And you've only listened to it once? This album grows more with each listen compared to PPDS, I would give it a few more if you like Cudi's music.

this album is a serious ear candy. the production is amazing, hooks are everywhere and keep revealing themselves with each listen. high replay value. the whole thing is tight and doesn't feel like 18 tracks. some people will realize how great this is when they let go of the nostalgia

I only remember he said that Entergalactic was not related to MOTM, and he wants a #1 album so he is not gonna stop until he gets it.
