4 songs in and can’t help but notice the Travis influence. He’s heavily/primarily using that filtered/distorted Autotune, which is more of a Travis thing and Cudi never really did. Especially not this heavy.
Fam that’s pure Cudi
yo wait i just realized does cudi sing about his pet gerbil dying in elsies baby boy
we gotta stan that gerbil if so

What up G? Here’s some thoughts. Sorry for the book.
love the opening sequence being included. Crucial. I really like cudi as the narrator one and only time. Felt daunting.
love the movie skits. The ironic undertones of the choices add more depth to the trilogy.
I feel like I learned more about cudi and his family in one album than we knew in 12 years.
favorites: another day, heaven on earth, and like the last 6 straight lol as well as the first 4. Idk, all of it. But wow, it really is trilogy worthy.
I think the end was a shock. I hope it means maybe a 5 track (1 act) deluxe. But it’s probably the short film.
Anyway, I’m still processing all the songs, but I really enjoy it. And it’s definitely worth the hype we lived with for a decade. The trilogy looks great on Scott.
so what are we thinking of that “to be continued”
MOTM reboot: the origins
basically all of act 3 plus solo dolo III lol
love the whole album tho not a song i dislike, couldve done without the trippie feature but he did his thing i guess
hbu? and good luck w your. finals fam
Thanks and I surprisingly liked the trippie song even tho I don’t listen to him.
The hook is catchy tbh.
My top 5 rn
Tequila shots
The void
Heaven on earth
The pale moonlight
Lovin me
This album is like if indicud would’ve had good production imo.
Cudi has some of his best bars and songwriting on here.
