You right, there was a bit of fat on PP&DS that held it back from being in the same league as both MOTM installments. However, i still think it's an amazing project and is still better than all of his other output throughout his career

There's no shame in PP&DS and MOTM 3 not reaching the same levels of his first two albums. They are some of my fav albums of all time and it would be unfair to hold Cudi to that standard.

Like i said i enjoyed PP&DS a whole lot. Great diversity in tracks, beautiful layered production and Cudi focused as ever. With songs that felt familair in a way that kinda made PP&DS a spiritual successor to the MOTM series for me. Thinking of ILLusions especially. But also other songs where he experimented while still keeping the subject matter that fit into the MOTM series, like Swim In The Light for example

I just want a satisfying ending to the series. I have faith in Cudi, but like i said: i'm anxious! lmao
