You can only do this on xbox if you bought the game in the NZ xbox store

I know this cause I live in Europe and I often purchase games in the (cheaper) US store and I have to wait 8 more hours until I can play the game even though I'm in europe

I preordered resident evil 3 and changed my location to Australia Day before release and it let me play
