I liked the characters, but the humour was mostly meh.

I think Aquaman is fun thanks to Jason and Amber. Removing Amber would have been a big mistake.

It's DC's Thor. A superhero that was boring and people didn't really care about which all of a sudden becomes fun and people want more.

im rewatching this movie with my girl now and the flaws are even more glaring. moments of action are pretty cool and there are one or 2 moments of character/group settings that work....

overall tho, the oddly placed sountrack that tries to imitate GOTG along with the campy-ish "before/after" title cards embedded into the movie dont work for me and seem to distract from the moods that the movie sets

youre right. i enjoy the butting heads especially when its moments of playful jabs mixed in with legitimate points made about the topic itself. i have a stronger reaction to the childishness responses with zero points mixed in with talking points we've ALL heard before. like... do better.
