NellyI brought my mom to this movie cuz I didn't know anything about it and god damn did she hate it. I loved it though it was great
Reminds me of my mom. Shes not big on scifi s***. And the only cape s*** she likes is 2000s Punisher (because it looks like a regular shoot em up type flick)
Dark Knight (also because of realism)
And Reeves Superman because thats what she grew up with.She was confused to why Superman was losing in a fight to someone like Batman and couldn't get into it

I mean it's James Gunn, the same man who had a rag tag team with a talking raccoon and tree help Starlord fight his father who was a living breathing planet as the villain.
also when ppl saw king shark I assumed they knew it would be campy and wacky.also the real villain of the suicide squad wasn't even Starro but the U.S Govt

I will still buy this one though. I liked Harley, Nanaue, Ratcatcher and I think Idris and Cena did good. And Viola is perfect for her role.
Not sure how I feel about Polka Dot dude. I have mixed feelings.
