Yea I know, but if long albums were trimmed we have no clue which songs that is, could be a potential heater, and maybe that’s why they are scared to trim it down

this is a fair point for the most part. You do have more chances of something popping off if you just throwing stuff at the wall.

You see that with $$$4U i dont think pnd and drake planned for SLM being one of bigger songs.

I'm not talking about him w/ short tracks lol

I'm saying before 2014~ you would have said a rapper doing Drake numbers is impossible because of rules. Because you can't seem to think outside of the box of what is currently possible, and you never have been able to do so. Drake broke out of the box and changed everything. Just like Olivia did with her 12 track Sour album.

Kendrick is capable of doing insane numbers with a 12 track album, he just hasn't yet

Name me one 12 track rap album in the streaming era that was still charting in the Top 75 after 1.5 years

    Mafia Boss

CLB is 21 tracks and her loss is 16

    just looking at spotify

clb is 7.1m vs her loss 4.1m

remove 5 lowest songs on clb its still at 6.5million.

21 brings down her loss a lot...

The comparison was between FATD and GNX.

A 17 song difference is absolutely gonna make a difference in weekly streaming totals

And the albums are within 1K units of each other, y’all are acting like FATD is doing 30K a week and GNX is only doing 10K

Obviously that big of a difference matter plus having a deluxe.

I dont think anyone is being serious when making the comparisons lol

  • noah a superstar wow lol

  • In the roots music big three (Zach Bryan, Noah Kahan, and Morgan Wallen) it's clear now that Noah is sliding into second place. Zach still has a stronger pull in terms of live shows, but Noah is doing astronomically well.

Great numbers for this new album. Very impressed.

41 weeks on the Hot 100, 1.5B streams, still pulling in 1.2M streams daily

It’s a hit whether you want to admit it or not

For Harry and Bruno maybe, but not really for Weeknd. He has numerous albums pre-HUT without an S-tier level hit (Kiss Land and Dawn FM)

Love Weeknd but Timeless is a hit in quotations ngl it’s damn near an insult to his hitmaking ability to put that bs in there. And I’m fully aware of all of its numbers and performance in terms of sales/radio/streams/certifications so that’s not from a place of ignorance

I think you’re too caught up on not liking the song instead of acknowledging the fact that it was still very successful commercially

Elvis, Beatles and Michael are the big three of this music s***. While I firmly believe there isn’t a fourth on that level all things considered, who is the closest?
