Not aimed at you but in general albums are also allowed to stop selling as much man it’s normal lmao
This thread and this discourse so toxic not everything is a take care, GKMC, an eagles greatest hits, dark side if the moon etc. some s*** has its time and then it’s time to move on doesn’t take from the music at all
yeah some s*** you move on from, not drake albums tho. those are timeless

But.. fader told us all that FATD was a flop and GNX was the biggest album of the 2020’s. Fatd about to be outselling GNX week to week here soon.. omg?
Kendrick, Drake, Kanye on Billboard 200:
#22 - Take Care
#38 - Views
#41 - $$$4U
#52 - CLB
#53 - Graduation
#56 - GKMC
#58 - GNX
#65 - Scorpion
#77 - FATD
#82 - Thank Me Later
#90 - DAMN
#127 - More Life
#169 - NWTS
#195 - MBDTF
Their are only projects from 2020s still charting are $$$4U, CLB, GNX, FATD. 🤔
Damn, Drake dropped 6 projects this decade and only 3 still on the charts
I think Kendrick can feel a lot better about dropping 2 projects this decade and only one of them still charting, the other being Mr Morale
Fr though, I am surprised that Her Loss fell off the charts

so much cope its hilarious
What's frustrating is how people are lining up to compare the sales of the two biggest selling hip hop artists of the past 20 years
Surely the big story is kendrick AND drake selling amounts unseen for their respective genre
Idk I wouldn't be calling an album that's nearly sold 3.5 million in less than 1.5 years to be falling off if it's still selling 15k weekly... especially if it's also still putting up 3 million plus total streams on Spotify per day... which is about 300k more than the fall off if putting up
Yea true but this was seen by many as potentially the biggest rap album of the 2020s just 12 months ago
"GNX's fall off" and it's still within the Top 60 after one and a half years
you were one of the people saying it's going down as one of the top selling rap albums of this decade
Considering how popular it was just 12 months ago, it should definitely not be out of the top 50 selling albums of the week already, especially considering the top 50 is full of albums a lot older.

I never said it would be the top-selling rap album of the 2020s, I said it’s the biggest rap album of the 2020s. It still is, regardless of where it is on a chart 16 months after release.
It was never gonna catch up to My Turn and CLB in actual units sold this decade, those albums had 3-4 year head starts
But.. fader told us all that FATD was a flop and GNX was the biggest album of the 2020’s. Fatd about to be outselling GNX week to week here soon.. omg?
29 songs vs. 12 songs
Both albums have the same amount of units sold after 16 months
Learn basic math

Don’t shame him man, his engagement slop timeline is obviously everyone’s reality
How long are y’all gonna keep ignoring how important tracklist length is in the streaming era
They will ignore anything they need to if it helps them cope with Drake losing to Kendrick
For All the Dogs alone has one less song than both 2020s Kendrick albums do combined
It’s actually sad that streams is all they have left
Doesn’t make great albums
Singles keep flopping
Very average performer
Album anticipation at an all time low
But hey the streams are streaming
why would i care about what people on twitter say? im a full grown adult
"literally no one has ever said this"

Weird I said nothing about Kendrick, where did this tantrum about him come from?

Let's come back to this and reflect on how Drake is the only mainstream rapper on his level flooding our ears with this much mid bullshit
Drake - 6
Kendrick - 2
Travis - 2
J Cole - 3
Only rapper who comes close is Ye and even he has one less than Drake

that’s interesting, i was told on here multiple times that Her Loss was an instant classic and that it had infinite replay value for people that went outside
