Drake had 2 other albums release this week, ya'll keep forgetting about that 😂 But glad you remembered that even Travis Scott outsold Kdot!

Why was For All The Dogs lower on the chart than GNX 1.5 years after release?

a hit song yeah for sure but literally none of these niggas from those songs had any real staying power

most of the time the feature just benefited drake if anything

A lot of those songs did make an impact. Migos would’ve been big regardless. But Kendrick was never known as that guy. DAMN’s intro was literally pushing away from that

So given Taylor Swift sold 4M first week with the Life of a Showgirl, about 10x as many sales as Iceman, surely all Drake fans can agree that album is about 10x better than Iceman, right? Since it’s the only metric that matters

Na I’m saying you look like a dumbass comparing that midget to Drake. Talking about moments like its something to brag about

i mean it should be something to brag about
people dont get excited for drake releases like that anymore
theyre just like "okay dope cant wait to hear it"

i wanna say the last one people were excited for was maybe clb

iceman had a pretty shaky rollout until recently so i gotta give drake that

kendrick has big moments that often leave indents in hiphop and I feel thats undeniable
whether that upsets you for whatever reason has nothing to do with me lol

Oh nah i would never say kendrick is a stimulus guy like that
baby keem is all i can give him and thats really different than just a rap feature stimulus

Who’s “people”. You’re in the sales thread. We have the numbers to know who people actually want to listen to and who has flash in the pan moments. Kendrick creating moments just for people to stop listening after is a negative. You pretending it’s something worth bragging about is embarrassing

Are you really trying to act like 89 vs 93 is some substantial difference? that s*** is in the noise dawg

Y’all were the same ones acting like 87 and 89 was a substantial difference last week

Yes, the guy with the longest-charting rap album of all-time and the only Double Diamond rap song of all-time creates “flash in the pan moments”

  • If anyone creates flash in the pan moments, isn’t it the guy who has to drop music every 12 months to remind us he’s still here?

What is Iceman’s message? Not just one song but the whole album? Don’t say the beef is the message, this album has been promoted for. Year

The message is he’s the king and none of your hatred can stop his dominance. Read it and weep

Yeah but it was proven that none of that matter. MJ and Prince rarely charted and they are legends

weren't you niggas arguing about kendrick botting streams?

why are you suddenly spearheading this angle that numbers = listener authenticity? only when it's Drake right?
