He is saying that Somalia isnt even Africa well i mean, in general pan-(whatever) movements are based off of mutually shared oppression and thus mutual will across diverse groups to resist oppression more than it is based on like, actual shared culture, ancestry, etc.
presenting it as something as an empowering movement which is fundamentally based on shared brotherhood is just not really true, pan-arab movements made the exact same mistake historically.
