In the process of adopting a cat from Lebanon. I'm wondering how he was found and sent over to the US, I guess he was initially found and wouldn't stop following people around

My kitten desperately needs a friend and I've been wanting another cat so bad since we moved to a bigger spot. This new guy is named Hypurr and a big tuxedo cat. Big impulse decision but all my pets have been and it always works out (total of 6 including the deceased ones)

Can't wait to bring him home. Just need the background check to go through. Only saw him cause I needed a harness for my kitten. I walked by and he seemed so nice and playful, guess he's been rotting at that pet store for like 4 months, Jesus I hate how they do that
