smh he's not part of some "movement for change". he's just ducking the feds & trying to connect with politicians for personal gain. If he really wanted Chicago to change he wouldn't make the type of music he does. I enjoy his songs a lot but Durk is adding to the glorification of violence in Hip-Hop worldwide. & Especially in Chicago

I see your point but atleast he doesn’t actively promote that s***.

Yeah he is not perfect but in my opinion he’s one of the few artist who realize he has a big influence and don’t go too crazy.

I don't think I would care if Durk's next album didn't do a lot in sales if the music was still solid. but this would never happen because Durk knows how to leverage his fame and connections to promote everything he does. Youngboy doesn't care about being bigger or expanding his fanbase anymore and Durk is trying to do a Festival run as he stated in his Dreamville fest interview
