Jay & Drake both have the instrumental and have verses laid on it, but those are 2 different songs.

But you can assume jay z is on every song since he’s not called out as a feature.
The song titles to me indicate that this is very heavy NOI and Muslim influenced album. I would expect content and sound of album to be closer to FYI off of Act I.
