A.P.I.D.T.A.was the first time I cried listening to a song. It sums up everything that I’ve been going through since last October. I lost a childhood friend/army buddy last August. He invited me to this website back when it was KanyeToThe cause he got leaks early while we was still in high school. I ended up joining cause I liked the vibe of the site. Then that next month I lost my Aunt one of my main inspirations of me doing the army and going back to school for Physical Therapy. It really hurts because their numbers and txt messages are still my phone. Hell my boy Xantus messages still in our group chat. I’ve never been an emotional dude and I never had the chance to cry cause when my bro died I literally started school right after his funeral and when my Aunt died I had to go to Ft.Polk before her funeral. When I tell y’all i just broke down. It’s hard because I didn’t get to say bye before either one before either one passed. It had been years since I seen my bro cause he was stationed in Hawaii. He got a son that’s literally a 3 year old mirror image of him. Lil man dapped me at his funeral and I couldn’t cry cause I saw so much of my bro in him. My aunt was my biggest supporter and I had to be strong cause my mom was loosing a sister right before our eyes at the hospital. I had to be strong for my cousins loosing they momma. My aunt supported me through everything. These last couple of months I just been feeling lost my girlfriend got fed up with how things were after 2 years and we both lost family members at the same time so it just made shii harder for us so the breakup was imminent. Hearing that song help me relieve so much pain that was in my heart. I needed that cry so bad cause I never got the chance to let it out. I’ve been waiting for a Jay Elect album since the Act 2 Forum in the OG Music Thread back in 2011-12. Thank You Jay Elect this shii helped me heal and y’all just don’t know how much I needed that

Ay man, you did what you had to do. Songs like that really do release something when we need it the most. Fighters by Lupe had a similar effect on me and god knows how many Cudi songs.
