Season 3 ending def felt like a series finale to me at the time.

I skipped all of season 4, then watched season 5 up until the episode where Donald left, at which point I gave up

I recall hearing that Chevy once told Donald “people only laugh at you because you’re black” or something like that. mans was jealous bc he was the comedy legend but DG was getting the most laughs out of the cast

That’s foul as f***. Damn dude. Chevy is actually Pierce. As talented as Donald is, I think his comedic timing is still my favorite thing about him.

So take this with a MASSIVE grain of salt because I don’t actually even believe it, but…

I have a coworker whose girlfriend worked in NBC’s marketing department, and my coworker made the claim to me a couple months ago that there was “already a trailer out” for a Community movie. I pressed him on it and told him that s*** wasn’t even confirmed, and he said he had watched it on his girlfriend’s laptop and knew it was real because it had “old Donald Glover” in it.

I didn’t believe him because A.) nothing had been confirmed and B.) even if it was real why would NBC have the trailer? Presumably another service was going to pick the movie up.

But now that NBC is confirmed to be hosting it there’s a SLIGHT chance he wasn’t bluffing, but I still don’t believe it because I don’t think anything has even been filmed, Donald hasn’t been attached to it, I doubt everyone in NBC’s marketing dept would have access to the trailer etc etc etc but just wanted to throw that out there just in case

I'd love it if he was just shown one of those fan made trailers you can find all over Youtube, and he just immediately bought it.

He was great in the show but Im fine with him not being in it. I mean a cameo would be cool but with him being killed off the show and his history of being an a****** think its best to leave chevy alone.

Plus dont think Chevy would ever actually agree to do it anyway.

Season 6 was so slept on. better than 4 & 5 easily. People just couldn't get past the cast changing but it deals with it waaay better than Season 5. Would actually says when Season 6 is at its best its on par with the best episodes of the show.

Let’s not pretend like Season 4 is on par with the quality of Season 5 or 6. Season 4 was terrible, Community cosplay.
