As far as the pool depth is concerned, that’s a fact. Anyone who has swam competitively will tell you this pool is too shallow. Look at the turbulence of the water during the races. The pool should be at least 3 meters deep. Nobody broke 58 seconds in the 100m breaststroke. The 100m back has been slower as well.
