I can’t think of a more ‘never gonna happen’ thing than an artist announcing an album and saying it’s actually a soundtrack to a movie that’s also releasing. Hopefully it comes true but that seems like the kinda thing an artist says and then years go by and then they just release a normal album and never mention it again
