Why do they have back to backs in the World Series though? That’s ass not only because of simple scheduling, but speeds up the series too much
Baseball is an everyday sport. Having days in between games would be opposing how the game is played all year long
Another win
It’s not over. Don’t get too excited b****
But I thought we were only supposed to enjoy one win
Didn’t the Jays have a lead at one point I that game? I’m buggin?
I don’t think you are. I’m pretty sure before we started intentionally walking ohtani, he hit a solo hr to even it?

having a break in between every game would be so ass lol and every off day would just be “media day”

Well, in the NBA for example that’s not the case. There’s not a media day in between breaks. This is my first year really really paying attention to the World Series, but in the past, there have been World Series that came and went so fast before I even knew it!
Even in this instance, by the time some
people find out Game 3 went 18 innings, Game 4 is already over! So I believe the World Series has room to modernize by spacing the game out a bit. Maybe before we had Shohei, a true world star, it made more sense, but people wanna see him now so it feels like there might be room to space things out so everyone can keep up.
The season has a bunch of back to backs, but the championship in most sports is set apart one way or another (even in the Super Bowl, there are more TV timeouts that paces the game differently from a regular match)

I see what you’re getting at but MLB shouldn’t model themselves after the NBA in that case. It’s just two different leagues at two very different points in their league’s history. A day in between each game wouldn’t help imo. The media day comment was really tongue in cheek but I prefer to have baseball on every day than a break in between. Momentum is everything.
Besides there is like a four day break before the World Series starts and as a lifer it feels like forever. Now that you are really paying attention, which is dope welcome, I feel like it’s even better for you that there are games back to back.
Plus we are guaranteed atleast game 6 on Friday this World Series so a whole week of WS baseball is awesome especially wit a competitive series like this.

Seasons long enough as it is lets wrap this s*** up. Also the way the nba finals is structured is ass, it went 7 this past season and it almost took all of June
