Astros and Dodgers have each been to 4 World Series in the past 8 years. I wouldn’t call that parity.

The NBA had 4 straight finals rematches and the Patriots won 6 super bowls.

But the two superstars fell off and look what we have now

Yeah but they haven’t always won. Plus we got a couple asterisks in play

Unfortunately asterisks mean nothing if the league won't take the titles away. Many such asterisks in the MLB, NCAAF, and NCAABB but they never actually strip the title so it does nothing.
