Bellinger is coming off a slightly above average offensive year, with his expected stats suggesting he massively overperformed. We’re talking 1 good year out of 5. Giving that much money to a guy who has the potential to make me long for the days of Alex Verdugo, in the midst of a dwindling window… is diabolical. I would legitimately take almost anyone else.
